Kiosk Help

This kiosk allows quick search of employees, offices and general navigation within the building. The interface is fully optimized for touch screens.

Basic Controls

• Tap to open any rounded button or room.
• Scroll pages by swiping up or down.
• The virtual keyboard appears automatically when you tap into any search field.
• Close a window by tapping the X button or outside the window.

Searching Employees

Start typing a name, phone number, position or email in the top search bar. Once the results appear, tap the employee. Their office, floor, and a highlighted map will be displayed.

Building Map

Select Map from the top menu. Then choose a floor and tap any room. A room detail window will appear, including employees located inside and a highlighted map section. You can switch floors using the buttons above the map.

Special Rooms

In the Special Rooms section you will find toilets, kitchens, reception, meeting rooms and other interactive rooms. You can filter by room type.

Wi‑Fi Access

The Wi‑Fi section contains information about guest internet access.

Returning to the Home Screen

The kiosk automatically returns to the home page after a few minutes of inactivity. You can manually return anytime by tapping Home in the top menu.
